Western minority areas must make great efforts to train and selection of minority cadres to accelerate the scientific development and to reduce the gap between the eastern developed areas. This is an important ethnic policy of our party and the country. This article specific elaborate the historical experience of the party＇s policy of the national cadres on promotion of scientific development in minority areas since the reform and opening up from the importance of the western development of ethnic areas of minority cadres,which benefit raises a number of considerations.
