我国社会保障制度建设的道德思考

A Moral Reflection on the Construction of Chinese Social Security System

社会保障作为一项社会经济福利制度,有着十分丰富的伦理意蕴。社会保障制度建设离不开社会道德的支持,同时又对社会道德进步起积极的促进作用。当前我国社会保障制度建设面临多方面的道德风险,要规避这些道德风险,必须树立正确的道德理念、坚持合理的道德取向。

As a social economic welfare system, the social security system carries rich ethical connotations. To construct the social security system cannot be done without the backup of social morality, and, simultaneously, it can greatly promote the progress of social morality. At present, China＇s construction of the social security system is confronted with moral risks of many kinds. To evade these moral risks, we must set up right moral conception and stick to justifiable moral orientation.
