用直接荧光抗体法对鲤血液中淋巴细胞类型的初步鉴定

SURFACE MEMBRANE IMMUNOGLOBULIN AND CELL SURFACE ANTIGENS OF THYMUS LYMPHOCYTES ON CARP BLOOD LYMPHOCYTES DETECTED BY FLUORESCENT ANTIBODY TECHNIQUE

用荧光素标记的兔抗鲤ＩｇＭ和胸腺淋巴细胞表面抗原（ＣＡＴＬＣ）抗体，对从鲤血液中分离的淋巴细胞类型进行了鉴定。结果表明，正常鲤血液淋巴细胞中Ｂ淋巴细胞样细胞约占（２５．３±７．２４）％，Ｔ淋巴细胞样细胞约占（３１．６±９．４８）％。

Surface membrane immunoglobulin (SmIg) and cell surface antigens of thymus lymphocytes of carp (CATLC) on blood leucocytes were detected by fluorescent antibody technique (FAT) with anticarp immnoglobulin M and cell surface antigens of carp thymus lymphocytes rabbit immunoglubulin G(IgG). The results show that SmIg bearing cells are (25.3±7 24) % and CATLCbearing cells are (31.6± 9.48) % in the carp lymphocytes population. The data showed that the SmIg and CATLC positive cells of carp are similar to mammalian B like and T like lymphocytes.
