摘要
本研究测定了6个菜豆品种单个壮龄叶片及3个菜豆品种群体的光合速率与光照强度、CO2浓度及土壤水分含量之间关系。结果表明蔓生类型的菜豆单个壮龄叶片的光合速率均高于矮生类型,而且光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线型,有明显的光合“午休现象”。矮生类型菜豆单个壮龄叶片光合速率低且光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线型。两种类型菜豆群体光合速率差异不显著,这可能是由于两种类型菜豆的株形、群体结构不同造成截获光能多少不同所致。提高土壤湿度,叶片光合速率虽能升高,但产量并非确定随之提高,因此要合理灌水。
Measurements of photosynthesis of a single leaf and plant cannopy of bean have been made.We also have researched the relationship between PR and light intensity,the relationship between PR and CO 2 concentration as well as the relationship between PR and soil moisture.The results have shown that PR diurnal changing of trailing bean has two peaks and its PR value is higher than dwarf bean PR value while dwarf bean has only one peak in its PR diurnal changing.Otherwise there is no significance between dwarf bean canopy PR and trailing bean canopy PR because the cannopy PR depends not only on capacity of leaf photosynthesis but also on its capacity of intercept light.Soil moisture can be benificial to photosynthesis but it is not certain that soil moisture can be benificial to the yield of bean.So we should correctly make irrigation
