Impact and Countermeasures of the New Lawyers Act Enactment on Investigation Work

新《律师法》是在要求对《刑事诉讼法》进行修改的背景下出台的,这部法律自然不乏有亮点之处,尤其是对律师执业过程中的"三难"问题进行了有针对性的解决,在一定程度上扩大了律师的权利。新《律师法》实施后,会对侦查工作带来一定的影响和挑战,侦查机关应探索侦查模式改革的新思路,促进侦查工作适应新情况变化,在法制轨道上健康地向前发展。

The new Lawyers Act is set forth against a background of amending the Criminal Procedure Law, and has solved ＂the three troublesome problems＂ in lawyers＇ professional practice. That new Lawyers Act enlarges and strengthens lawyer＇s rights, which will bring about some impact and challenge to the investigation work accordingly. The investigation organizations should explore a new way of reform in investigation model, promote the investigation work to adapt to new change of the situation and develop healthily on the legal system track.
