包钢5#高炉由于使用,外购焦碳其水分波动大,质量差,导致炉温大凉后连续崩料,炉况失常,处理过程中负荷大幅度下降,文中分析了炉况处理的过程,着重分析探讨了炉况失常处理过程中负荷的变化。
The No.5 BF of Baotou Steel was abnormal in that the water and quality of coke fluctuated, the furnace temperature was so low that the charge collapsed. The paper analyses the treating process, especially the change of burden in processing the abnormal condition.
