摘要
本实验对春大麦区和冬大麦区16个实验点的大麦蛋白质含量及其生态条件进行了研究。生态条件不仅影响大麦的产量,而且明显地影响其质量。大麦的千粒重、发芽力、蛋白质含量、淀粉含量等重要指标都与其生态条件密切相关〔3〕。蛋白质含量与开花成熟期的日平均气温和月平均日照时数呈正相关,与开花成熟期的月平均降雨量呈负相关。我国大麦蛋白质含量自北向南逐渐降低是一种总趋势。通过研究大麦蛋白质含量与生态条件的关系,可合理布局大麦,满足畜牧业和啤酒工业对其不同品质的特殊要求。
Relationship between the barley protein content and ecological environment in the 16 areas of spring and winter barley is studied in this paper.The result shows that ecological environment affects not only the barley yield but also quality evidently.Ecological environment correlates closely with thousand grain weight,germination ability,the protein and starch contents.The content of protein correlates positively with the daily average temperature and average monthly daylight length,and correlates negatively with average rainfall at the stage of flowering to maturity.The content of protein decreases gradually from north to south in China.The study is useful for planning barley sowing region properly,and for meeting the special needs of forage and beverage industry.
