摘要
本试验研究了pH和磷素水平对VAM菌剂接种势的影响。研究结果表明:在pH5~7范围内G.moseae的侵染能力和扩展能力随pH值的提高而增强,高磷时其产孢能力随pH值的提高而增强;磷素水平在3.55~35.5μg/g范围内,高磷不利于G.moseae在寄主根内的扩展,高pH时侵染能力和产孢能力随磷素水平分别减弱和增强。增加pH值导致主根系生物量下降,高pH配合低磷水平能提高寄主根系生物量。其外接种后4周内的光照强度在很大程度上决定着VAM真菌是否侵染成功。
Effects of pH and phosphorus on the inoculation potential of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal inoculum were studied in this experiment.The results showed that within the range of pH 5 to 7,the infection ability and intracortex spread of G.mosseae increased,the sporulation ability incresed at high phosphorus when pH increased.Within the range of phosphorus 3.55μg/g to 35.5μg/g,the intracortex spread ability decreased,the infection ability decreased and sporulation ability increased at high pH when phosphorus increased.The biomass of host root system decreased when pH increased and the biomass increased at high pH low phosphorus.In addition,light intensity within 4 weeks after inoculation was a decisive factor if the VAM fungus could infect the host.
