摘要
采用液相沉淀法制备纳米In2O3颗粒。以0.33mol/LInCl3与氨水在70℃下制取氢氧化铟胶体,用正丁醇与胶体共沸蒸馏除去表面的水分和羟基以防止颗粒硬团聚,经110℃干燥和1100℃煅烧后制得纳米In2O3颗粒。研究了其光催化性能。结果表明:制备的In2O3为立方晶系,粒子呈球形,粒径为100nm左右。经过6h的光催化降解,苯酚的降解率可达60%。讨论了In2O3纳米粒子光催化降解苯酚的原理,并给出其降解反应方程式。
In2O3 nanoparticles were prepared by a coprecipitation method. Colloidal indium hydroxide was prepared using 0.33 mol/L indium trchloride and ammonia as raw material at 70℃ firstly. The outer water and hydrxyl groups were got rid of by azeotropic distillation with n-Butyl alcohol to prevent nanoparticles from hard agglomeration. In2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized after the subsequent drying at 110 ℃ and annealling at 1 100℃. The photocatalysis activity of the products were evaluated. The results show that the products are well spherical cubic structure nanoparticles and the mean size is about 100 nm. After 6 h reaction with phenol, the degradation rate is up to 60%. The principle of photocatalysis was studied and the corresponding reaction was given.
