摘要
以湿法炼锌浸出过程中pH的控制为例,在深入研究以pH值为控制的神经元自适应PID控制算法的基础上,介绍了利用MCGS组态软件开发控制系统的方法,以及实现过程。文中用MATLAB仿真软件进行神经网络自适应PID的算法研究,并利用DDE通讯协议实现MCGS与MATLAB之间的数据交换,将组态软件和神经网络自适应PID控制有机地结合,从而达到用MCGS组态软件实现神经网络自适应PID控制系统仿真的目的。提供了一个多角度、多层次观察仿真过程的可视化人机交互环境。
The paper takes the case of pH control in zinc hydrometallrugy leaching process, and introduces the method of control system development based on MCGS configuration software and realization process on the basis of further study of pH neuron network adaptive PID control algorithm. MATLAB simulation software is used to research algorithm of neural network adaptive PID, and DDE communication protocol is used to realize data exchange between MCGS and MATLAB. Since configuration software and of neural network adaptive PID control is organically combined, the object is achieved that using MCGS configuration software realize control system simulation of neural network adaptive PID. A visual man-machine interaction environment is provided to observe simulation process in muhi-angle and multi-level.
