摘要
基于PLC和触摸屏的常规控制方案,低成本高性能地完成了对工控系统中高速采集到的数据进行保存和分析的任务,解决了触摸屏数据库保存数据速率低(2次/秒)的问题,使每秒钟可以保存多达20个数据,并且增加了数据库保存数据的总数。该系统在某军工企业中应用于对膜片性能的测试,精度达到了0.5%以上。
A general control plan based on PLC and the touch screen fulfilled the task of data storage and analysis in industry control system wnn lower cost and higher performance and the data acquisition was executed in the high speed. The touch screen dalabase ' problem of lower velocity (2 times per second) was solved in the process of data storage. Not only the speed of preserving data can be reached to 20 times per second, but also the total amount of the database storing data was increased. The system has been applied in the diaphragm performance test system in a military enterprise, the precision has reached above 0.5%.
