摘要
目的:探索临床药师的绩效管理模式。方法:以科室人力资源管理项目为背景,结合临床药师的组织结构建设,围绕客观评价临床药师的工作为重心,以提升临床药师服务质量为目的,构建我科的临床药师绩效管理模式。结果:结合表格和文字,初步建立起以绩效目标设置、绩效辅导、绩效考核为主要内容的绩效管理模式。结论:所建的临床药师绩效管理模式可提高管理效率,促进临床药学各项工作的开展。
OBJECTIVE: To explore a new mode of results management of clinical pharmacists. METHODS: A performance management mode of clinical pharmacists in our department was established on the background of human resource management together with the organization construction of pharmacists with the objective results evaluation of clinical pharmacists as a focus aimed at quality improvement of pharmaceutical service. RESULTS: By combining table and descriptions, the mode of results management containing goal setting, guidance and evaluation system has been established. CONCLUSIONS: The mode of results management had helped enhance the management efficiency and promoted the evolvement of the work of clinical pharmacists.
