以动机为切入点探索提高教学效率的策略

摘要 动机激发动力。良好的学习动机会促成良好的学习效果。文章从电大学员学习现状着手,对学员入学动机进行了分析和分类,提出了“伪学习者”的概念,并针对“伪学习者”提出了相应的教学策略。
