摘要
随着世界经济的全球化以及多元企业文化的相互碰撞,组织所面临的环境越来越复杂、多变,冲突对于组织来说不可避免,因此如何做好冲突管理工作不仅仅关系到组织的效率问题,而且关系到组织的兴衰存亡问题。
Witb the development of the globalization of world economy and diversification of enterprises' culture, the internal environments of organizations are getting more uncontrollable. Because the conflicts are inevitable, managing the conflicts is a key problem which is not only concerning with the efficiency of the organization, but also the existence of the organization.
