随着世界经济的全球化以及多元企业文化的相互碰撞,组织所面临的环境越来越复杂、多变,冲突对于组织来说不可避免,因此如何做好冲突管理工作不仅仅关系到组织的效率问题,而且关系到组织的兴衰存亡问题。
