摘要
本文针对当前实验技术队伍在高校中的地位和作用,以及实验技术队伍力量的不足,严重制约高校教育事业发展的情况,论述了当前发展实验技术队伍措施和应注意问题,强调实验技术队伍建设发展要注重综合素质全面发展。
In view of current position and role of laboratorial technical team of college,and it is power shortage restricting the development of college education, this paper expounds the present measures of developing laboratorial technical team and problems that should be paid attention to,emphasizes the construction of laboratorial technical team must focus the clevelopment of comprehensive quality oriented all-round clevelopment.
