Career Certainty of College Students:Preliminary Development of Questionnaire

目的:探索大学生职业生涯确定的结构并尝试编制相应问卷。方法:通过开放式调查和两次小样本测试的统计分析提出了职业生涯确定结构的理论构想,在此基础上自编了大学生职业生涯确定水平问卷。结果:该问卷各维度的Cronbachα系数和分半信度均在0.69以上,总问卷Cronbachα系数和分半信度分别为0.8148和0.8093。探索性因素分析结果表明该问卷有较好的构想效度,验证性因素分析结果表明三因素斜交模型较好地反映了研究者的假设。结论:大学生的职业生涯确定结构包括三个因子:规划意识、规划现状及辅导需求。该问卷具有较好的信度和效度,其各项测量指标基本令人满意,可以作为后续研究的参考。

Objective：Explore the structure of career certainty of college students and try to compile an appropriate questionnaire.Method：Based on open-ended interviews,overviews of former studies,counseling of experts and twice tests of small sample,a theoretical hypothesis about career certainty was brought up,and the career certainty questionnaire was constructed according to the hypothesis.Result：Cronbach α and split-half reliability of every dimension reach over 0.69,which of the whole questionnaire are 0.8148 and 0.8093 respectively.Good construct validity is confirmed in EFA, and CFA shows Three-factor Oblique Model exemplify the early hypothesis.Conclusion：Career certainty was a multidimensional construct which had 3 dimensions：planning awareness,current state,requirement for tutor,and the theoretical construct is rational. The reliability,validity and other psychometrics indexes of the questionnaire are satisfactory.This study could be used as the basis of the future researches about career.
