摘要 介绍高反射率涂料在中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化分公司炼油厂制氢装置转化炉的应用情况。制氢转化炉内壁喷涂高反射率涂料Solcoat后,转化炉炉膛温度降低40℃左右,转化炉炉体表面侧壁温度下降24℃,转化炉炉顶温度下降38℃,可节约瓦斯1340.8t/a,经济效益达113.9×10^4RMB¥/a。Solcoat在制氢装置转化炉的应用表明,该技术具有强化炉内传热,降低装置瓦斯消耗的作用。 The application of highly reflective coating on the reformer of hydrogeneration plant of Daqing Petrochemical Co. ,Ltd is introduced. After the highly reflective coating Solcoat was sprayed on the internal wall of the transformer, the transformer chamber temperature was lowered by about 40 ℃, the transformer wall temperature was reduced by 24 ℃ and the transformer top temperature dropped by 38 ℃. The annual saving of fuel is 1 340.8 tons and annual economic benefits is about 1.13 million Yuan RMB. This coating technology has enhanced the transformer heat transfer and reduced the fuel gas consumption of the hydrogen generation plant.
