摘要
目的:将神经导航应用于远外侧锁孔入路解剖学研究。方法:应用Stryker神经导航系统,在建立术前导航资料后,对远外侧锁孔入路研究中与临床应用关系紧密的相关指标进行测量。结果:(1)神经导航可辅助确定远外侧锁孔入路切口的起始点定位;(2)神经导航可精确测量显露解剖结构的最大长度、术野侧方显露角度以及岩斜区的术野显露面积等。结论:神经导航在远外侧锁孔入路的解剖研究中有其独特的优势。
Objective: To explore the application of a novel Stryker neuro-navigation in the far-lateral keyhole approach. Methods: Navigation data were established on 6 cadaveric heads fixed with formalin and perfused with colored silicone. Assisted by neuro-navigation, the length of anatomic structures, the maximal operation field angles and the exposed clivus area were measured before and after 1/3, 1/2 posteromedial occipital condyle or jugular tubercle removal respectively. Results: Neuro-navigation could assist to find the precise site of the incision of far-lateral keyhole approach, to measure the length of anatomic structures, the maximal operation field angles and the exposed clivus area precisely. Conclusions: Neuro-navigation is valuable for exploring anatomic strcturcs of the far-lateral keyhole approach.
