人工诱导空怀母牛泌乳技术推广应用报告

Report on the Extension and Application of Artificial Induced Lactation Technology for Empty Cows

应用青海畜牧兽医学院生产的人工诱乳注射液等针剂和包埋剂及外省产的诱乳激素针剂对１３８头空怀无奶母牛进行了诱乳技术推广应用试验。诱乳成功１２９头牛，成功率９３．４８％，并有大部分牛恢复正常的繁殖功能，据对７９头诱乳成功牛的统计，诱乳后受胎率达６７．０９％，头均全泌乳期产奶３８７６．９５ｋｇ，头均创利润１６７３．８２元，获得了明显的经济效益。

empty dry cows in the extension and application experiments of induced lactation technology were treated by using artificial inducing lactation injections and hypodermic implants etc.made in the Qinghai Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine College and hormone induced lactation injection made by other province.Of them 129 cows were successful,and the success rate was 93.48%,and most of them returned to normal reproductive function.According to the data of 79 successful ones,the conception rate after induced lactation was up to 67.09%,the lactation milk yield on the average was 3876.95kg,and the net profit on the average per head was 1673.82 yuan.So remarkable economic benifits were obtained. \ \
