摘要
叙述了电脉冲处理技术在金属材料研究中的发展现状,介绍了电脉冲处理技术对液态金属凝固组织细化的研究现状及机理探讨,以及其对固态金属综合力学性能的影响,同时分析了脉冲电流对晶粒结构和尺寸的细化机理及效果,综述了电脉冲处理技术在塑性加工、疲劳寿命、非晶纳米化和金属再结晶等领域中的应用,最后对其研究和应用前景进行了展望。
The recent status of the development of electric pulse treatment in metallic materials research was reviewed. The research status and mechanism study on solidification microstructure and effects of electric pulse treatment on comprehensive mechanical properties of solid metals were introduced, and refinement mechanism and effects of pulse current on grain structure and size were analyzed, application of electric pulse treatment for plastic processing, fatigue life, changing from amorphous to nano-crystalline state and metallic recrystallization were reviewed. Finally, the application foreground of electric pulse treatment was prospected.
