原位TiC_P/Fe复合材料的铸态和退火态力学性能及切削加工性

摘要 对化学成分不同的原位合成TiCP/Fe复合材料的铸态和退火态力学性能进行测试分析,并对样品进行切削试验,进而就切削力和表面粗糙度两方面分析比较其切削加工性。结果表明:原位TiCP/Fe复合材料切削加工性能良好;在一定范围内,TiC的体积分数大而基体含碳量低的复合材料切削力较小;当基体含碳量相差不大时,相同切削条件下TiC的体积分数越大、TiC颗粒越粗大,切削加工表面越粗糙。 The mechanical properties of TiCp/Fe in-situ composite with different chemical composition as-annealed and as-cast were analyzed, and the cutting test of samples was carried out, and then, their cutting-machinability (cutting force and surface roughness) were compared. The results show that the composite has better cutting machinability. In certain range, the bigger the TiC volume fraction and the lower the carbon content of matrix, the smaller the cutting force of TiCp/Fe composite; on the other hand, under the same carbon content of matrix and cutting condition, the bigger the TiC volume fraction, the bigger the phase size, the bigger the surface roughness.
