摘要 利用等离子喷涂技术对45号钢钻井泵缸套表面进行改性,制造金属陶瓷涂层缸套。并对涂层进行金相、硬度、耐磨性及与基体结合强度等性能测试。结果表明,其硬度和耐磨性比原45号钢渗碳淬火缸套大大提高。 The surface of 45 steel drilling pump liner was modified by plasma spraying and the ceramic coating of the liner was prepared. The hardness, wear resistance and the strength combined with the matrix were investigated. The results prove that hardness and wear resistance of the ceramic coating are improved greatly comparing with that of the original 45 steel via carburization and quenching.
