摘要 模拟庆深汽田井下的腐蚀环境,通过静态高温高压釜进行了Ni-Fe-P镀层与25.6Mo不锈钢高温高压CO2腐蚀实验,采用SEM、EDS和XRD测试手段,对Ni-Fe-P镀层及25.6Mo不锈钢进行分析。结果显示,在25MPa、60~120℃温度下,Ni-Fe-P镀层较25.6Mo不锈钢有更好的耐蚀能力,在25MPa、150℃时,Ni-Fe-P镀层有较25.6Mo不锈钢高的腐蚀速率;从SEM可知,在此腐蚀条件下25.6Mo不锈钢的腐蚀产物膜表面腐蚀较浅且分布均匀,属均匀腐蚀,而Ni-Fe-P镀层腐蚀后表面出现局部腐蚀,并分析了Ni-Fe-P镀层高抗CO2腐蚀机理。 The environment of CO2 corrosion in oilfield was simulated, the high temperature and pressure corrosion experiment of electroless Ni-Fe-P plating and 25-6Mo stainless steel were carried out in the static high temperature and pressure kettle. The surface of the electroless Ni-Fe-P plating and 25-6Mo stainless steel was analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that the electroless Ni-Fe-P plating has better corrosion resistance than 25-6Mo stainless steel under the condition of 25MPa, 60 ~120℃. While electroless Ni-Fe-P plating has higher corrosion rate than 25-6Mo stainless steel under the condition of 25 MPa, 150℃. The SEM analysis result shows that, under the CO2 corrosion condition of 25 MPa, 150℃, 96 h, 25-6Mo stainless steel is general corrosion, the electroless Ni-Fe-P plating is localized corrosion. The anti-corrosion mechanism of the electroless Ni-Fe-P plating was analyzed.
