摘要
采用ZK400型超音速电弧喷涂设备,在Q235基体上制备铝镁合金涂层,用正交试验方案对喷涂电压、喷涂电流、喷涂距离和压缩空气压力等工艺参数对涂层结合强度的影响进行研究。结果表明,空气压力对涂层结合强度影响最大,其次为喷涂距离,喷涂电压及电流影响较小。本试验条件下,最佳工艺参数为喷涂电压32V、喷涂电流180A、喷涂距离160mm、空气压力0.75MPa。
By the orthogonal test theory, the influence of supersonic arc spray parameters on the anchoring strength of the Al-Mg alloy coating was studied, the Al-Mg alloy coatings were prepared on the Q235, using the supersonic arc spray systems ZK400. The result shows that the air pressure has the most notable effect on the anchoring strength, then, the spray distance, the spray voltage and spray current have less effect on the anchoring strength. The optimum spray parameters are: spray voltage 32V, spray current 180A, spray distance 160 mm and air pressure 0.75 MPa.
