摘要
利用原位烧结技术成功制备了(Ti,V)C钢结硬质合金;研究了淬火处理对(Ti,V)C钢结硬质合金组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,经淬火后合金具有良好的淬硬性,淬火温度范围较宽,为840~1000℃。经适当温度淬火后形成针状马氏体+残余奥氏体+硬质相的组织。淬火使硬质相形态更趋于圆润。
(Ti,V)C steel bonded carbide was prepared byin-situ sintering technology. The effects of quenching treatment on the microstructure and hardness of (Ti,V)C steel bonded carbide were investigated. The results show that, (Ti,V)C steel bonded carbide was excellent hardening ability. The range of quenching temperature is at 840~ 1000℃. Under the proper quenching temperature conditions, the microstructure of the alloy changes to the needle-type rnartensite +residual austenite +(Ti,V)C (or TiC) carbides. After quenching treatment, the morphology of (Ti,V)C particles changes to be round.
