胶囊内镜在研究全消化道转运时间中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 胃肠道转运功能的研究以往常借助于不透X线标记物、核素扫描、乳果糖呼气法等方法,这些方法或不符合生理情况,或需暴露于放射性物质下,所取得的也是间接数据,其定位精确度尚值得商榷。胶囊内镜具有较前不同的特点:它在检测过程中不被消化,无刺激性,完全按照消化道生理蠕动前行,摄取黏膜病变,同时可精确计算通过各段消化道的时间,取得消化道转运时间的直接数据;通过胶囊内镜分析胃肠道通过时间,为功能性胃肠道的研究提供了新的思路,
