摘要 目的探讨肺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)的表达与肺癌血管生成的关系及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测84例肺癌组织中MMP-9和CD34的表达。结果肺癌组织MMP-9表达显著高于癌旁正常肺组织(P〈0.01)。小细胞肺癌和腺癌MMP-9表达高于鳞癌(P〈0.01)。肺癌MMP-9表达有淋巴缩转移者高于无淋巴结转移者(P〈0.01),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P〈0.05)。肺癌MMP-9表达阳性者微血管密度高于肺癌MMP-9表达阴性者(P〈0.01)。结论MMP-9促进肺癌血管生成,与肺癌侵袭转移密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) expression and angiogenesis in lung carcinoma tissue and its significance. Methods Totally 84 patients were subjected, including 40 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma, 34 of lung adenocareinoma and 10 of small cell lung cancer. Twenty samples of normal adjacent tissues served as control. The expression of MMP-9 and CD34 was. detected in these 104 lung tissue samples by immunohistochemical method. The expression of MMP-9 was analyzed with clinical pathological data and microvascular density (MVD). Results The expression of MMP-9 in lung carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous normal lung tissues (P 〈 0.01 ). Small cell lung cancer and adenoearcinoma had higher MMP-9 expression than squamous cell carcinoma (P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of MMP-9 was significantly higher in lung carcinomas with lymph node metastasis than in lung carcinomas without lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.01 ), higher in stage-Ⅲ and -Ⅳ tumors than in stage- Ⅰ and - Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05 ). MVD was significantly higher in lung carcinomas with MMP-9 positive than in those negative (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion MMP-9 can improve the neovascularization of lung carcinoma, and is closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of lung carcinoma.
