心房颤动预防栓塞治疗策略
Strategy for prevention of embolism in atrial fibrillation
摘要
栓塞是心房颤动的主要危害。预防血栓形成和栓塞是心房颤动治疗的重要目标。本文对心房颤动时栓塞的危险分层、心房颤动时预防栓塞的治疗策略等作一综述。
Embolism is the major event of atrial fibrillation. To prevent the formation of thrombus and embolism is the important target in the treatment of atrial fibrillation. The risk stratification of embolism and the strategy for prevention of embolism in atrial fibrillation are reviewed in this paper.
