肾盂输尿管重复畸形超声显像与X线诊断

Diagnosis of duplication of renal pelvis and ureter with ultrasonography and X-ray

目的分析肾盂输尿管重复畸形的超声与X线表现和手术对照结果。方法6例患者分别因尿路结石和感染及体检时发现腹部包块而进行腹部超声和X线检查。结果重复肾在超声表现为肾脏长径增大,肾外侧轮廓线可见切迹,肾窦分为上下两团。静脉肾盂造影显示为双肾盂、双输尿管。术中见重复肾及其重复输尿管。结论肾盂输尿管重复畸形的影像学检查具有特征性表现。

Objective To analyze imaging features of duplication of renal pelvis on ultrasound and X-ray, and compare with the results of operation. Methods Six patients with urinary calculus infection, or palpable abdominal mass during physical examination were examined with ultrasound and X-ray. Results Duplication of renal pelvis and ureter showed increased length of the kidney, notch of renal outline, and two corporations of renal sinus. Intravenous pyelography pelvis showed double pelvis and double ureter. Intraoperation revealed the repent kidney and repeat ureter. Conclusion Duplication of renal pelvis and ureter presents characteristic on imaging examinations.
