摘要 目的评价小剂量造影剂在静脉肾盂造影中的应用价值。方法采用数字化摄影对58例患者进行小剂量(0.2ml/kg)造影剂静脉肾盂造影检查,并与传统的静脉肾盂造影进行对照,评价其对泌尿系统显影的优劣情况。结果运用小剂量造影剂既能较好显示双肾轮廓、肾盂、肾盏及双侧输尿管,也能较好显示肾结石,对慢性肾盂肾炎、肾萎缩等肾内科疾病显示清楚。21例显影正常,肾结石及输尿管结石、肾积水及输尿管积液26例,其余11例系慢性肾盂肾炎、肾肿瘤等疾病。结论小剂量造影剂在静脉肾盂造影中有较大的应用价值,具有成本低、风险小、效果好的优点,是肾功能不全患者优选的泌尿系统检查手段。 Objective To evaluate the Value of micro-does Contrast medium in the Intravenous Pyelography. Methods 58 cases of patients were performed with low-does (0.2ml/kg) contrast in the intravenous pyelography by digital radiography. The image of the urological system was assessed. Results The examination used by low does contrast medium displayes the contour of bilateral renal ,pelvis, calices and ureters clearly, and also the nephrolith chronic pyelonephritis, renal atrophy. Normal pictures were showed in the 21 patients. The calculus, Hydronephrosis and hydrosalpinx were found in 26 cases, and clronic pyelonephritis and renal tumor in 11 cases Conclusion The low-dose contrast medium has good effect in intravenous pyelography: It is lower cost ,small risk,especially for the renal insufficiency patient.
