摘要
全麻状态与自然睡眠之间具有诸多相似的临床表现,如意识的消失和脑电图改变等。两者之间还有着十分紧密的联系和相互影响作用,包括全麻后出现的自然睡眠活动改变以及睡眠状态(如睡眠剥夺)对全麻敏感性的影响等。神经生理学研究也发现,全麻状态和自然睡眠期间的局部脑功能和神经核团的活性变化均十分相似,许多涉及睡眠的神经核团或内源性神经递质对全麻作用也同样重要,提示两者之间可能存在相似的神经通路或作用机制。但实际上,全麻状态和自然睡眠在临床表现和神经生理机制方面的差异也是比较明显的,应该属于两种本质不同的生理现象。深入比较这两者之间的异同,将十分有助于我们进一步揭示自然睡眠机制和全麻作用原理,并对临床实践产生深远的影响。
General anesthesia and physiological sleep share many similarities, such as behavioral characteristics, changes of electroencephalographic pattern, neuronal networks, neurophysiological elements. However, distinct behavioral and physiological differences also clearly exist between the two states. Therefore general anesthesia may represent a state or phenomena quite unlike physiological sleep. These observations provide new research direction for understanding the mechanisms of general anesthesia and physiological sleep.
