摘要
应用抗猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)单克隆抗体(McAb)杂交瘤细胞株诱生腹水McAb,将3株单抗混合,用于实验室防治试验。结果表明,其对病毒具有中和作用,可使病猪耐过PEDV的侵袭;用于生产场的发病猪,初步证明疗效显著,保护率达91%,而未注抗体的对照发病猪全部死亡。上述结果表明,抗猪流行性腹泻病毒McAb混合制剂确能缓解发病症状,减少新生猪的死亡。
Fifteen stable hybridoma cell lines secreting specific monoclonal antibodies (McAb) have been obtained from the fussion of murine myeloma cell line sp2/0 and spleen cells of BALB/c mice immunized with purified porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV). Three of these McAb (A 4C 7, E 10 G 5, F 4D 10 ) were mixed and applied in the experimental prevention and treatment showing that it is of great value for the neutralization of PEDV and inhibition of the virus infection on piglets. Its preliminary use on sick piglets in the field proved that the monoclonal antibodies had very obvious cure effect with the protection rate being 91%, while almost all of the untreated sick died. The results indicated that the mixture of the McAb could alleviate the symptoms and reduce the mortality of the disease. The development of the McAbs against PEDV provides a new method for the prevention and therapy of porcine epidemic diarrhea.
