泪道探通术治疗先天性泪囊炎150例

Study of lacrimal duct probing in the treatment of congenital dacryocystitis

目的观察泪道探通术治疗先天性泪囊炎的疗效。方法采用泪道探通术治疗先天性泪囊炎患儿150例(160眼),观察其疗效。泪道探针是用6号半或7号肌内注射针头改制而成的,针的末端呈锥形、圆钝。探通时需要助手协助固定婴儿头部。主要选择自上泪小点进行探通。操作包括加压冲洗、探通、堵塞口扩张等。结果术后1周,1次探通治愈136眼,2次15眼,3次5眼,未愈4眼。所有患儿手术顺利,无假道形成及皮下水肿,2眼术毕鼻腔少量出血,未作特殊处理,自行消失。结论集探通及冲洗为一体的探通针能一次性完成手术,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of lacrimal passage on congenital dacryocystitis. Methods One hundred and fifty patients （ 160 eyes） with congenital dacryocystitis were treated with lacrimal passage by a self-made probe, which was reformed by an ordinary intramuscular needle with the end of the needle tapered and round blunt. An assistant was needed to fix the head of the baby. Probing was performed mainly from the superior lacrimal puncta. Operation included compressive rinsing, probing, occlusion extending and so on. Results One week after the operation,136 eyes were cured by 1 time, 15 eyes by 2 times,5 eyes by 3 times and 4 eyes were not cured. No false passage or subcutaneous edema was observed. A little nasal bleeding occurred in 2 cases, which disappeared later without treatment. Conclusions The probing needle combining probing with washing could function and facilitate the operation. （Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2009,9：103-104）
