摘要
在神经细胞中,钠钙交换体对胞内钙离子的调控起着非常重要的作用。缺血/再灌注使细胞外的钙通过钠钙交换体的反向模式内流,造成内钙超载,导致脑细胞损伤。现今,选择性抑制其反向模式的苄氧基苯基衍生物得到了较多的研究,并可能成为一个新的治疗脑缺血的有潜力靶点。
In neural cell, Na^+/Ca^2+ exchanger (NCX) is thought to play an important role in the regulation of intracellular Ca^2+ concentration. During the cerebral ischemia/reperfusion, the influxion of Ca^2+ though NCX reverse mode induce calcium overload, which make neural cell damage. Recently, the benzyloxyphenyl derivatives have been developed as selective NCX inhibitors, which may have therapeutic potential as a new remedy for cerebral ischemia.
