小球隐孢子虫诱导的小鼠肠粘膜免疫应答 被引量:3

摘要 给3周龄昆明小鼠接种小球隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidiumparvum)卵囊后,在测定其卵囊排出情况的同时,分别用间接ELISA和免疫组化染色法对不同时期小肠液中特异性IgA及肠粘膜固有层中IgA分泌型浆细胞进行定性和定量测定。结果显示,卵囊排出呈间歇型,小肠粘膜固有层中IgA分泌型浆细胞消长趋势与小肠液中IgA消长趋势相一致,并且它们上升的趋势与卵囊排出下降的趋势相一致,表明在抗隐孢子虫感染中,粘膜免疫起着重要作用。 The three week old Kunming line mice were inoculated orally with 2×10 5 Cryptosporidium parvum (C.p) oocysts. The number of oocysts shed by mice of groupⅠ were determined every day during the experimental period. The level of IgA in small intestenal fluid was determined synchronously by indirect ELISA while the number of IgA secreting plasma cells in the lamina propria of small intestinal mucosa were identified and quantitated by immunohistochemical staining method every three days. The results showed that the oocysts were shed intermittently. The level of specific IgA in small intestinal fluid and the number of IgA secreting plasma cells have the same tendency to increase and decrease. Their increase accompanied with the decline of oocysts shedding. The results indicated that the specific IgA would play an important role on mucosal immunity against C.parvum infection.
