摘要
管束列管式静态混合器利用管道边壁的边界层作用,强化形成准均匀各向同性涡旋,实现快速混合。通过研究不同结构的管束列管式静态混合器对水处理效果的影响,发现列管总长与管长之比为1∶3、列管段数为3时,管束列管式静态混合器的混合效果最佳。与普通孔板式混合器相比,在相同的操作条件下,管束列管式静态混合器可以节省23%左右的絮凝剂用量,且其絮体分形维数Df和絮体粒径df分别较前者提高了17%和18%,降低沉后水浊度达2.0 NTU以上。
For the static tubular mixer with tube-arrays, semi-uniform and isotropy turbulent flow takes place using the effect of boundary layer in the arrayed tube, which can achieve rapid mixing. By investigating the influence of the static tubular mixer with different structures on water treatment, it is found that the mixing effect is optimal when the ratio of total length of the tube-array to the length of mixer is 1 : 3, and the number of tube-array units is 3. Under the same operation conditions, compared with orifice plate mixer, the static tubular mixer with tube-arrays can save about 23 % of floceulant dosage, the fractal dimension Df and particle size df of flocs are increased by 17% and 18% , and the turbidity of the sedimentation effluent is decreased by over 2.0 NTU.
