摘要
对COD浓度为1339~2948mg/L的草浆中段废水,先采用折流式厌氧反应器(ABR)/移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)组合工艺进行处理,使其COD的浓度稳定在350mg/L左右,然后再采用γ辐射/混凝沉淀进行深度处理。结果表明,在吸收剂量为0.5kGy、Fe2(SO4)3投量为800mg/L的条件下,其最终出水COD≤100mg/L、色度〈40倍,达到《制浆造纸业工业水污染排放标准》(GB3544-2008)。因此,采用γ辐射/生物处理组合工艺处理草浆中段废水是可行的。
To treat the straw-pulp middle-stage wastewater with COD concentration of 1 339 to 2 948 mg/L, anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR)/moving-bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) were used. When its COD concentration was stabilized at 350 mg/L or so, γ-radiation treatment with subsequent coagulation and sedimentation was conducted for advanced purification of the effluent of ABR-MBBR. The results show that when the absorbed dose is 0.5 kGy and Fe2 ( SO4 ) 3 dosage is 800 mg/L, the final effluent COD is equal to or less than 100 mg/L, and the color is less than 40 times, meeting the requirements of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pulp and Paper Industry ( GB 3544 - 2008 ). As a result, the use of γ-radiation and biological treatment process for treating straw-pulp middle-stage wastewater is feasible.
