基于多元统计分析的城市防洪规划方案综合评定

Comprehensive Assessment of Urban Flood Control Project Based on Multivariate Statistical Analysis

基于多元统计分析原理,应用因子分析和聚类分析法,对城市防洪规划方案进行综合评定,并通过具体的工程实例对评定结果进行验证。结果表明:因子分析法简便、可行,克服了评价指标所含信息重叠以及人为确定权数等缺陷,评定结果准确、客观、合理;聚类分析法则为公平、公正地评定方案起到了重要的参考作用,可以作为因子分析法的一种补充方式。

Based on the multivariate statistical analysis principle, a comprehensive assessment of urban flood control project was performed by factor analysis and cluster analysis, and its assessment results were verified through a specific example. The results show that the factor analysis is simple and feasible, the defects such as evaluation information overlapping, artificial determination weight and so on are overcome, and the assessment result is accurate, objective and reasonable. The cluster analysis plays an important role in fair and equitable assessment, so it can be used as a supplemental way for factor analysis.
