2009年3月4日至3月13日,十一届全国人大二次会议在人民大会堂隆重召开。3月4日上午,中共中央政治局常委李长春在中共中央政治局委员、广东省委书记汪洋,中共中央委员、广东省省长黄华华,以及广东省人大常委会主任欧广源的陪同下,来到广东团驻地,亲切看望了广东团人大代表。十一届全国人大代表、外事委员会委员、中远集团党组书记张富生代表中远集团向李长春同志问好。李长春说:"中远集团是我国航运业的骨干企业,是国有企业中最早走出去参与国际竞争,在世界各地都设立公司。我知道,近几年来中远集团的发展和工作取得了很大成绩,在世界航运业有很大影响力。希望你们不断开拓创新,做强做大,创造世界品牌"。张富生书记感谢中央领导对中远集团的关心、支持和鼓励,并表示一定按照中央领导的要求,认真贯彻落实好科学发展观,把中远集团傲强傲大,为国家经济社会发展做贡献。

To amend the shipping companies regarding the relevant provisions of the sales tax proposal on improving the dispatch of the crew labor laws and regulations,to promote the dispatch of the crew labor and shipping industry in the healthy development of recommendations,support for shipping,shipbuilding to promote the healthy development,the national economy on the settlement of Chinese flags of convenience ships for coal transport operators across the Taiwan Strait issue,regarding the import of solid waste treatment and convenient recommendations and regarding a clear container liner transport antitrust exemption proposal.
