学生评教,偏差几何——对某校学生评教的数据分析

On discrepancy of Students' evaluation of teaching——Based on data analysis

学生评教作为一种面向教师的管理制度,在我国高校中运用得越来越普遍;而且在相当数量的高校,"学生评教"还被作为一种重要的奖惩手段。然而该制度的推行在教师群体中引发反响较大,多数教师认为该制度设计本身存在偏颇。对浙江某校近400次课程学生评教的基础数据进行计量分析,发现高校学生评教结果是有效且有偏的。

Students＇ evaluations of teaching is a management system intended for teachers. It becomes increasingly popular and a key way to give awards or punishments in large numbers of universities. However, it raises a heat discussion as well among teaching staff. Most teachers hold that there is a discrepancy in system design itself. After analyzing nearly 400 students＇ sample data in one university of Zhejiang Province, discover Students＇ evaluations of teaching is effective, but there is a discrepancy in it.
