摘要
针对涟钢2200m3高炉比肖夫系统的积垢与堵管,分别从垢物成分、高炉原料、水质、负荷等方面进行了分析。并根据垢物的特点提出了诸如选择原料、降低高炉顶温、降低清洗水pH值等措施。
In view of the begriming matter and blocking pipes on the Bishiff gas treating system of the 2 200 m^3 blast furnace in Liangang, the composition of the begriming matter, the raw material of the blast furnace, the quality of the cleaning water and the load of the system and so on were respectively analyzed. Moreover according to distinguishing feature of the begriming matter, such as selecting raw material, dropping stove top temperature and reducing pH value of the cleaning water and so on measures were adopted.
