课程是实现和制约高等职业教育人才培养目标的一个最基本的元素，是构成高等职业教育人才培养体系中的关键因素。要在素质教育与工学结合的原则指导下，构建适合我国高职特色的课程体系，形成基本素质与能力、专业素质与能力、综合实践能力三大模块的基本框架。

The curriculum is a basic element which is to implement and constraint higher vocational education training objectives, and it is also the key factors to constitute Higher Vocational Education Training System. Under the guidance of the principle of quality education and combination of work and learning, we should construct suitable vocational course system of China＇ s characteristics, formatting the basic framework of the three modules of the basic quality and ability, professional qualities and capabilities, integrated practical ability.
