基于ASBR反应器的厌氧氨氧化启动及特性研究 被引量:16

Start up of an anaerobic ammonium oxidation process in an anaerobic sequencing batch reactor

摘要 采用ASBR反应器,接种消化污泥和厌氧颗粒污泥的混合污泥,在温度(35±1)℃、HRT为24h、pH为7.3~8.5的条件下经过160d的培养,获得了砖红色的厌氧氨氧化菌菌胶团.试验结果表明:进水NH4+-N和NO2--N浓度约为180mg·mL-1,平均总氮容积负荷为0.38kg.m-.3d-1时,NH4+-N和NO2--N的去除率平均为93.2%和95.7%,TN平均去除率为86.9%.厌氧氨氧化反应过程出水pH值高于进水,稳定在7.74左右. Digested sludge and anaerobic granular sludge were inoculated together in an Anaerobic Sequencing Batch Reactor (ASBR). The Anaerobic Ammonium Oxidation (ANAMMOX) bacteria were domesticated for 160 d with HRT of 24 h, pH of 7.3 - 8.5, temperature of ( 35- 1 ) ℃, and influent concentrations of NH4^+-N and NO2^--N of 120 mg· L^-1. Experimental results indicate that the average removal rate of NO2^--N,NH4^--N and TN were 93.2% , 95.7% and 86.9% , respectively. The average volume load of the ASBR Anaerobic Ammonia Oxidation reactor was 0.38 kg·m^-3·d^-1. The effluent pH values from the ANAMMOX reaction process were higher than the influent, and stabilized at about pH 7.74. High rates of anaerobic ammonia oxidation were observed for the small brick red granular sludge produced at the end of the start - up process.
