According to the agreement between both sides. Shanda will open its unified platform to support the operation of the Yuyan Online game,which means Shanghai Storm will be able to share a lot of Shanda's resources,including the active user pool of more than 70 million players,the billing channel,call center and marketing schemes. In return,Shanghai Storm authorized Shanda to operate the game on Shanda Games Ltd,a business unit of Shanda. The cooperation benefits both companies. With the aid of Shanda's open platform,Shanghai Storm not only increases its odds of success,but also helps Shanda enrich its variety of games.
