钯碳催化水合肼还原制备3,3,’4,4’-四氨基二苯砜的研究 被引量:2

Study on preparation of 3,3',4,4'-tetraamino diphenyl sulfone by hydrazine hydrate reduction with Pd/C catalyst

摘要 研究了在Pd/C催化下,水合肼还原4,4’-二氨基二苯砜制备3,3’,4,4’-四氨基二苯砜方法。讨论了反应时间、水合肼及催化剂用量对产物收率的影响。并与Raney-Ni-肼、SnCl2+HCl还原体系进行了比较,在优化条件下,3,3’,4,4’-四氨基二苯砜的收率达83.8%。同时,利用FTIR光谱技术、核磁共振技术对其进行了表征。 The preparation of 3,3 ', 4,4 '-tetraamino diphenyl sulfone (TADS) by reduction of 4 , 4 '-diamino diphenyl sulfone with hydrazine hydrate in pressence of Pd/C catalyst was studied. The influences of reaction time and quantities of hydrazine hydrate and catalyst used on product yield were investigated. And Raney-Ni-hydrazine, SnCl2 +HCl reduction system were compared. Under optimum conditions, parallel experimental results showed that the yield of 4 , 4'-tetraamino diphenyl sulfone could reach 83.3%. The obtained TADS monomer was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy technology and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology.
