职业创伤性事件对急诊科护士创伤后应激障碍水平的影响

Impact of traumatic events of work on the level of post-traumatic stress disorder among emergency nurses

目的了解职业创伤性事件对急诊科护士创伤后应激障碍水平的影响。方法采用问卷法，调查193名三级综合性医院急诊科护士的创伤后应激障碍水平，分析职业创伤性事件对其影响。结果三级综合性医院急诊科护士创伤后应激障碍阳性率为19．69％，职业创伤性事件与急诊科护士PTSD水平呈正相关（P〈0．01）。结论急诊科护士创伤后应激障碍水平较高，职业创伤性事件是导致创伤后应激障碍的重要原因。

Objective To identify the level of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder（PTSD） among emergency nurses and its relationship to exposure to traumatic events in work. Methods The questionnaire and standardised measures were used to investigate the level of PTSD in the third class of general hospital of Changsha and the effect of the traumatic events on it was analysed. Results 38 out of the 193 objects were detected to be positive PTSD, and the positive rate was 19.7%. Spearman correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations between PTSD and traumatic events （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions It was higher that the level of PTSD of emergency nurses in the third class of general hospital of Changsha, and traumatic events of work was the most important reason that resulted in PTSD.
