低剂量螺旋CT扫描在胸部外伤检查中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨胸部低剂量CT扫描在胸外伤急诊检查中的应用价值。方法对18例轻症胸外伤患者急诊行常规X线胸片及胸部低剂量CT扫描,比较两种检查方法的检查效率、诊断价值。在常规X线胸片检查中,12例患者未发现异常,仅6例发现肺局部挫裂伤,1例发现肋骨骨折;在低剂量CT扫描检查中,7例患者无异常发现,11例患者发现局部有肺挫裂伤,其中2例合并少量胸腔积液,1例发现肋骨骨折合并气胸;两种方法均发现1例肋骨骨折。结论辐射当量的胸部低剂量CT对肺创伤病变的检查效率及诊断价值明显优于X线胸片,适合胸外伤患者的急诊检查,是一种值得提倡的胸外伤急诊检查方法。
