摘要
目的:探讨了醋酸、盐酸对电感耦合等离子体激发温度、电子密度的不同影响。方法:测定不同盐酸、醋酸浓度的激发温度、电子密度。结果:随着醋酸、盐酸浓度的增加,等离子体激发温度、电子密度随之降低。结论:醋酸、盐酸使等离子体激发温度、电子密度降低,醋酸比盐酸对等离子体激发温度、电子密度影响更显著。
Objective:To investigate the influence of excitation temperature and electron density in ICP for HCl and HAc solvents.Methods:The excitation temperature and electron density were measured at different HCl and HAc concentrations.Results:The excitation temperature and electron density decreased when the concentration of HCl and HAc increased.Conclusion:HCl and HAc result in the decrease of excitation temperature and electron density.HAc has more obvious impact on excitation temperature and electron density.
