摘要
目的:建立乳与乳制品中三聚氰酸反相高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:乳与乳制品中三聚氰酸经透析,采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8色谱柱分离,以甲醇-四丁基氯化铵缓冲液作流动相,高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器(PAD)测定。结果:方法线性范围1~100μg/ml,相关系数r=0.9999,加标回收率为79.4%~99.1%,RSD为6.7%,检出限:配方奶粉5 mg/kg,液态奶制品2 mg/kg。结论:该方法选择性好、净化效果好、操作简便,能满足实际样品检测的要求。
Objective:To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) method for determination of cyanuric acid in milk and dairy products.Methods:Cyanuric acid in milk and dairy products was treated with dialysis,then separated using ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8 column(250×4.6 mm,5 μm) and the mbile phase consisted of methanol-tetrabutyl ammonium chloride.Finally,it was analyzed by HPLC with photodiode array detector(PAD).Results:The linear range of calibration curves was in rang of 1~100 μg/ml,the correlation coefficient r=0.9999,the recovery of standard addition was in range of 79.4%~96.6%,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 7.2% and the limits of detection were 5 mg/kg for milk powder and 2 mg/kg for liquid milk products,respectively.Conclusion:This method is of good selectivity,good purifying effect and simple operation.It can meet detecting demand of the practical samples.
