红曲醋的毒性和降压作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究红曲醋的亚急性毒性、遗传毒性和对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用。方法:设2.5、5.0、10.0 ml/kg体重3个剂量组,观察红曲醋的亚急性毒性;选择Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核、精子畸形试验观察红曲醋遗传毒性;设0.5、1.0、3.0 ml/kg体重4个剂量组,同时设阴性对照组(蒸馏水)、溶剂(基醋)对照组和正常大鼠受试样品3.0 ml/kg剂量组,观察红曲醋对SHR的降压作用。结果:各剂量组各项指标均未见有明显的亚急性毒性;各剂量组未见有明显的遗传毒性;红曲醋对正常大鼠无降压作用,对心率无影响;与阴性对照组和溶剂(基醋)对照组比较,SHR第3周3.0 ml/kg剂量组血压、第4周1.0、3.0 ml/kg剂量组血压均有明显下降,差异均有显著性,红曲醋各剂量组对SHR心率无影响。结论:本试验条件下,红曲醋无明显亚急性毒性和遗传毒性;红曲醋具有降血压功能。 Objective:To study the subacute toxicity,genetic toxicity and hypotensive effect of monascus vinegar.Methods:A subacute toxic study in rats was performed by setting 3 different dose groups with 2.5,5.0,10.0 ml/kg.The genetic toxicity of monascus vinegar was observed by Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow cells in mice and sperm shape abnormality test in mice.0.5,1.0,3.0 ml/kg dose groups and vinegar control group were setting for observing the hypotensive effect of monascus vinegar for 4 weeks, Systolic blomt pressure(SBP)and heart rate(HR) were measured once a week.Results:There were no obvious subacute toxicity and genetic toxicity in all treated groups.Monascus vinegar has no obvious effect on SBP and HR in normal rats.Compared with the 0 ml/kg and vinegar control group,the SBP of 3.0 ml/kg group at the 3rd week and 1.0,3.0 ml/kg group at the 4th week time were decreased significantly.There were no obvious effect on HR of SHR in all monascus vinegar groups.Conclusion:Under this experimental conditions,it showed that monascus vinegar has no subacute toxicity and genetic toxicity,but also has the hypotensive effect in SHR.
